It was an easy sale because I knew what I wanted but Nick terrific. He answered all of my questions. He had a good selection of demos. I purchased it on Saturday and he was able to get me delivery on Monday. I can’t say enough good things about the Zero Gravity PC610 chair. It’s very expensive but it helped my back problem starting Monday night. I couldn’t believe it. You can’t put a price on that. I would recommend this store and Nick to help with back problems.

The purchase experience was great. Nick was very patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. He spent a lot of time with me showing me the features of each zero gravity chair until I found “my” chair. My wife even found an office chair she loved while we were there. I can not say enough good things about Nick Chandler and Relax The Back. Great experience!

My wife and I visited the showroom while on vacation in Fairfax. We have been considering purchasing the Casper Dream mattress but wanted to try it before we purchased. Our sales rep was very helpful and did make suggestions. Even though we live in Florida, we made the purchase at the store in VA. We wanted to take advantage of the sales promotion that was offered for the July 4 sale. Now that we have returned home, we await the delivery.

Great service. Store man made transaction easy and was very knowledgeable of the benefits of each chair. He also arranged a trouble free delivery. The delivery guys maneuvered the chair around a narrow corner to place it exactly where I wanted it. Great job by all
