Nick Chandler, the store manager of the Fairfax store was a pleasure to work with , friendly and professional. He listened to me, and knew his products well. He met my needs, but wasn’t pushy about things I didn’t need. Nick seems to be interested in establishing good customer relationships for their long-term business. My bouncy stool is working well, I’m still deciding on the optimum level of inflation for my needs. The severe back pain that led me to purchase it is much improved since I started using it.

The Fairfax, VA store manager was very personable and proficient. He was wonderful to work with. I’m not giving a 5 star review because of the unusually long time it takes from ordering and payment of a simple, no frills $400 blow-up stool to shipment - 3 weeks? And given that it’s not due to ship until December 23, there’s no telling how much longer it will be until I get it.

Helped me find the right desk chair for my body and my needs. Explained the different chairs and how they could be adjusted. There was no pressure to buy a chair at that time although I did. I appreciated that. Figured out a way to get my new desk chair to my home that day.

It was an easy sale because I knew what I wanted but Nick terrific. He answered all of my questions. He had a good selection of demos. I purchased it on Saturday and he was able to get me delivery on Monday. I can’t say enough good things about the Zero Gravity PC610 chair. It’s very expensive but it helped my back problem starting Monday night. I couldn’t believe it. You can’t put a price on that. I would recommend this store and Nick to help with back problems.
