Great store! Great service! Knowledgeable staff! Everything I needed. I wanted someone to take the time to help me find a chair that fits me. I'm shorter than the average human and always finding chairs uncomfortable. I also wasn't sure what I needed to look for in fit. Nick was able to explain things to me in a way that made sense and I am very happy with my chair! Sitting in it now!! Thanks.

I contacted the “Relax the Back” store in Fairfax; and the manager (Nick Chambler) held one chair in the store for our government staff member to pick up. Mr. Chambler, provided answers and processed our payment in a timely manner. Mr. Chambler provided excellent service and we would recommend him as a contact person.
