Todd & Pam were so helpful & patient. Their merchandise is top quality. I have back issues & they gave me the time needed to share their expertise & find exactly the right products. Help in store was great . Todd did a wonderful job installing in the house and moving chairs so there was space for the new recliner. Just took too long between ordering and receiving the chair. The delay was due to diesel cost. Communication about the delay could have been better. Would recommend the chair and Relax the Back store.

Pam spent over 2 hours showing me the different zero gravity recliners. She and Todd answered all of my questions. They made choosing the right recliner and different options so easy. Highly recommend shopping at Relax the Back if you have back issues.
Pam is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She listened carefully to our concerns and offered suggestions to meet our needs. She was mindful of our budget and fully explained her recommendations. Whenever possible, she gave us a discount.
I came in needing a lift chair and they had two options of chairs. I tried both and they explained all the features of both and I chose the one that was best for me! No pressure and I am looking forward to getting my chair shortly!
