You were very honest and relatable!
The delivery of my mattress was on time and the delivery people were great. And my pillow didn't come in before my delivery date but came in after I got my mattress and the owner made a special delivery so I would have it the very same day I got my new mattress. That was above and beyond. I can't recommend this store enough!!!
I have back problems and Pam worked with me on getting the right mattress. We tried many mattresses and pillows. I took my time trying many different ones and came back the next day to make sure that I had the right one for me. Pam was very helpful and answered many questions that I had. I had previously purchased a chair from Relax the Back and have been pleased with the service on the chair. I looked forward to working with Relax the Back in the future.
