Very informative and extremely helpful picking out the right pillows and bed, we will be back for the bed but for now the pillows are great

chair had not been delivered since order of 12/27/2024. chair was not delivered as of 2/7/2025. when i was about to inquire I saw chair was on sale.! Called Mt Pleasant store to inquire about delivery date and sale price. Both inquires were handled to my satisfaction . I was very satisfied with results. Thank you, JameDonohue

The product I needed was in stock and delivered a week in advance of my surgery. This allowed be to get use to the mechanisms etc. I appreciated the coupon that was honored from the mail advertisement booklet. The white glove delivery was exactly that! Polite, courteous 2 very strong men carried a very heavy chair with much ease and care to walls and doors. Very patient teaching me the controls and very kind.
