When you are in pain it is very easy to be talked into spending a lot of money for the promise of relief. Slow down. I picked up a pillow set for my sciatica and after two nights I am in much worse shape. And $250 poorer.

I wish he would have ran the chair and adjusted it. After all I paid for the service call. All the gentleman did for $140 was plug in 2 boxes . Love the chair not sure i would recommend them after the "service call".

To clarify, the 140.00 was for us to diagnose the problem with your dad's chair, work with the manufacturer to have parts shipped overnight, and then to fix your dad's chair immediately before your upcoming surgery. I'm glad we were able to help you quickly rather than you having to go through the manufacturer's warranty program. Don't worry about having the chair "adjusted" as there is no adjustment needed on a lift chair. I hope your surgery was a success. Pam Lowery
