I have never written a review before but if I could give these folks ten stars I would. My husband had spine surgery and Relax the Back was recommended to us by numerous people who had already experienced the discomfort associated with this surgery. I went to the store two days after my husband’s surgery and told them I needed a lift chair “yesterday”. This was about 12:30 pm. Love this store! I have shopped here for years and know the owners are very picky with customer service, and only hire extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. They spend hours with customers if needed - even if they don't buy anything. Wish more stores around here were this friendly. We LOVE the chair we bought last week by the way!

Couldn’t be more pleased our new Tempurpedic mattress! After weeks researching mattress options, we agreed the Tempurpedic Mattress at Relax the Back was the best solution for us. The store’s staff was every knowledgeable and was extremely patient as we took quite some time to make sure this was the one for us. Loved the customer service, we sill shop this Mt Pleasant store again.

Fabulous customer service! We love our Zero Gravity chair and the staff was so wonderful & patient in helping us decide which was the best model for our needs and our style.

I had a very helpful sales person 8 years ago when I bought my chair. It has helped my back pain. I wish that a cover was made for it because after 5 years the “leather “ look started to tear and now after8 years it is all gone. I have to keep a sheet over it. I use it every day!

I was referred to Relax The Back by my Physical Therapist for a cervical neck support pillow. I was greeted by a sales associate right away with a smile on his face and ready to help me. He asked me about my health issues and went right to the pillow for me. He was very kind and super knowledgeable. He told me that they have a loaner program too! So, you get to try the pillow out before you buy! After sleeping on the pillow for about 5 nights, i came back to the store to purchase the pillow. It worked so well for me. As ... read more
