I was unable to get into the physical store, but Todd was able to educate me on the available models for a Christmas surprise for my husband. He even brought it out to us on Christmas Eve! I could not have asked for a better experience, and the chair is just perfect. I look forward to visiting the store in person!

Greeted when we walked in. Knowledgeable sales associate demonstrated chairs and explained differences. No pressure. Only glitch was my phone number was off by 1 digit so they couldn’t reach me for delivery. So they drove over to deliver. Missed us, but left a note. Returned immediately when I called.

Sales and questions were answered well. Very low inventory for my needs (reclining chair that I could lift my feet in the air to comply with Doctors recommendations). I had a previous chair from RTB that was great for this use. I was disappointed there were NO instructions on the operation of the chair. I have since had need of that when the ChaiR management device has gone out leaving me with NO CHAIR FOR MY Ailing legs..
