In 2016, we moved into our new home. Went into Relax the Back to purchase the work desk (which raises and lowers). After deciding on the desk, and 2 office chairs, I started looking at their Technogel mattresses. I liked them so much, we purchased 1 king and 2 queen size mattresses. We just love them, and keep our body temps just right. Todd and his wife are very friendly an informative about their products, unlike other mattress companies. Thanks again for everything.

GREAT experience! Randomly walked in, looking for a calf massager. Todd took great interest in the fact that my job is physically demanding and pointed me in the direction of potential solutions. When I went to the store the owner helped me out to choose a pillow and a wedge, he forgot to mention that non of the items were not refundable, and neither offer the loner option. When I went to the store to return the items because neither one worked me I was informed that the non refundable policy was in the receipt, and when I tried to talk to him he told very rudely that he told me about it when I made the purchased, and when I told him he did not, his answered was "I sold it to you" and he walked away. Celia, I'm sorry you feel like you didn't get a good response from our store. You bought the items mentioned and they are, indeed, non-refundable. You were told at the time of purchase. It is stated on your receipt. It is specified on our website and it's stated in writing at the cash wrap. What you failed to mention in this review is that you were still allowed to take a loaner pillow out for a week at no charge. (This is allowed because we don't take returns.)
