Best Customer service anywhere. I went to Relax the back of Charlotte and met with Steve. He couldn't have been anymore helpful. I went in to buy on office chair and left with 5 other items for both myself and my wife. Don't live with back pain, go see Steve. He spent time with us to teach us how to properly use our adjustable bed and the products we purchased from him, he followed up after the sale to make sure we were happy with all of our purchases. Great customer service all around. The product is fabulous. Steve Kaplan was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. My only complaint was that the delivery personnel did not install the chair's backup batteries upon delivery. Have a great day. - aRCh LeGrone
