Marvin and Peggy were terrific. We tried out a lot of chairs and they were very understanding given our situation that we needed to try chairs at other places as well. Ultimately, their chair, while pricier was of much better quality and utility as we have significant mobility issues. They also worked hard to get our delivery scheduled quickly given our immediate need. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a great experience at relax the back. Peggy was extremely helpful in choosing a new pillow for my chronic neck pain. They were even able to loan me a floor model and try it at home for a week. In the end the technogel anatomy pillow was the one. Neck pain is much better now. Do yourself a favor and give them a try.

The controls are not exactly the same but it's easy to use the remote. The instructions are very clear. The shipping was fast too. I'm happy to have the new remote.
