Outstanding customer service. Wonderful staff who were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They dealt with me with kindness and allowed me to come back many times to try the massage chair. After purchase, they followed up and while we had a small delivery issue, having nothing to do with Relax the Back, they dealt with it immediately and solved the problem. Full stop. We have purchased five chairs from Rockville Relax the Back. We have four at home and are awaiting the fifth which is being made in the U.S.A.
