I enlisted the help of Peggy, the store manager, for a seat cushion to allow better comfort in my car. She found just the right accessory. Days later I realized I could use a back helper too. Alexander did a great job fitting me for that accessory as well. The staff is welcoming and professional. Hats off to a job well done!

My chair was delivered yesterday and my body is thankful. I truly appreciate the extra mile professionalism of the manager, Peggy Douglas. Ms. Douglas not only demonstrated the available chairs, but was knowledgeable about the differences, functionalities, limitations, etc. of the chairs. The team did a great job. Marvin took good care of us and was very patient with my kids. He was knowledgeable and helpfully guided us to a successful purchase. The store had a good product selection. Parking was tricky on a Saturday.

Peggy at relaxed the back was extremely helpful when I shopped for a chair. I am recovering from back surgery. Peggy took the time to explain the features of the chairs I was looking at. She then put together additional information and sent it to me by email. Once I selected my chair, she promptly sent me the order. Overall, a very professional experience.
