I purchased my zero gravity chair as a last min Christmas Gift to my husband. Gio helped me picked it out and made sure it got delivered in time for Christmas. She followed up with the warehouse to assure the guys were on top of making the delivery. Husband was not only surprised by the perfect timing but loves his chair very much. I’m thankful for Gio. As she made the shopping process very easy and very welcoming.

Great personal customer service, i bought my last tempur pedic mattress last week and Carlos himself drove all the way to my house to deliver the mattress protector that i needed. He sends me offers and informs me when a sale is coming. Excellent. We will be buying again from that store soon.

Excellent customer service is not enough to describe this amazing personalized experience provided by Mr.Carlos, i would never buy a mattress anywhere else, i bought it on a Friday night and it was delivered on Monday morning.( on a holiday!) He goes above and beyond to make my experience the best it can be. this is my 5 mattress i bought with him and i cannot imagine an easiest and more personalized situation anywhere else.
