Carlos made my experience easy & informative! He knew the right questions to ask for me to be able to make the best choice. Needless to say, my hybrid/tempurpedic mattress is heavenly! :) I received it a day later which was amazing!!! Great delivery also!!! Juan and Carlos both have taken the time to follow-up and make sure I am satisfied with my purchase and that don't have any questions. Truly great service!!!!!

Carlos is just amazing..I have bought from different persons at Relax the Back... have about 6 chairs :) and went to see what deal he could give me in a mattress... One time he helped me putting a new support of one of the chairs or a couple .. don't remember.. was not his sale and he was very helpful at that time ..so was happy to deal with him this time..and the Knowledge and "Customer Care" was just amazing..he will go not one ..two xtra miles to assure you are happy with your purchase. This is my second time in the store. Carlos is always a delight. Hi is so knowledgeable and always gives me great advice regarding my posture, I work 10 to 12 hrs. a day in front of a computer and my work station is getting the upgrades Carlos has recommended. thank you so much and I highly recommend this store and Carlos' service.

Must admit, I had a much better than expected experience. I was greeted by Juan who is beyond knowledgeable and attentive. I got everything I wanted and more - what I didn't get was a pushy sales person. He gave me the freedom and time to wonder and ask as many questions as I had. Meanwhile he listened and guided me along to making the perfect selection for my new office chair. He went out of his way to ensure I was pleased. Had such a pleasant experince that I'll be back to buy more stuff - like pillows.

Excellent customer service and great products! Carlos went the extra mile, first showing me how to use the back a traction , then keeping me updated with the delivery and finally helping me on FaceTime with the last adjustments of the equipment; I have no words to thanks Carlos for his patience and professionalism; the whole process was easy and my back is better thanks to him!
