Great experience! I had been having some neck and upper back pain, I passed by the store since I work in the area. What a surprise to learn that my pillow could be the cause to my pain. I was able to try / test different options. The sales rep, Carlos, was patient and explained the differences of the options available. He recommended the side pillow based on some questions he made. It has been a game changer I feel so much better. I highly recommend this store the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

I probably had gone to this store a few times in the past, never to buy anything yet, today I was very lucky to had been taking care of by Katriana. She gave me the best experience and white glove customer service while I was there doing my research as to wish will be my decision in purchasing the base and the mattress I want to purchase. Christina V. was a godsend in helping me to adjust my workspace at home so it is more ergononomically correct for me. She was so professional and gave me great advice on how to adjust my chair and keyboard to relieve pressure and pain from sitting long hours at a computer, which I have been dealing with for years. Christina provided the best customer service I’ve received in years. She helped me pick out the best pillow for my neck which has already helped me significantly in just 2 days! Christina also helped my mom pick out a pillow wedge to help my mom with her back pain and we ordered and picked up 2 days later with Christina. She was so kind and patient and showed us some other amazing products around the store that our now on our Christmas lists!
