Great customer service and really appreciated the pillow loan program. It was really helpful to try pillows at home to determine the best fit!

I’ve been wanting a massage chair for years. Luba provided excellent customer service throughout three visits to decide which chair was the right one and made it a great experience! She also helped me find some excellent sleeping pillows!

I had a great buying experience at the Warehouse sale. Natalie is a great sells person and super knowledgeable on all the products. Every time we have went in the Relax the Back store, Natalie has always been patient, kind and friendly.
