My experience with this dealership was mediocre at best. After test driving an Outback, we decided to make an offer. The salesman we had actually scoffed at our offer and had a quick change of demeanor becoming very snide. Not only were we very uncomfortable at this point, but it was clear he was no longer taking us seriously, which is unfortunate because I was ready to pay for the vehicle in full the day of. called on June 1 2016 about a car from there website was informed by Tiffany Groves it was just received and in service and was not available yet, to try come in tomorrow morning it maybe out of service so I drove to there dealership and set down with a salesman who said he would check on it ,guess what it was sold last night . I would go to this dealership if they gave me a car if you start out wasting your customers time and lie to them not someone I ever want to do business with
Do not buy from Reliable..they do not stand behind their vehicles. This Hyundai is the worst car I have ever owned and just 5 short months later they want me to take a $6000 hit in order to trade again. Never get my business again.
