Everything got taken care like we had asked. We have an issue still in the evaluation faze, excess oil consumption of the engine. This is the 3rd test to be started. Hopefully there will be a true reading that will end in a motor replacement (if needed).

Service was fine with a couple minor exceptions. This time and the time before last the technician failed to reset the engine oil change monitor and last time the cabin air filter was put in upside down.
