Casey is always very good about explaining services needed and done, he is available during the service call and he moves me through the appointment well, which matters because I come in from out of town to Reliable Subaru, two hours one way. Efficiency for me is very important.

I didn't like getting a text about my engine filter needing to be changed. I didn't see it until I had left the facility, in time to have it changed. I did like the courteous and polite technicians and the service I did receive.
