Made a appointment with gerson benavidez to look at a truck at 4;00pm drove 3 hours showed up early at 12:30 to be told it had already been sold. hope they don’t do all their customers this way I think it is pretty sorry for someone to do this knowing they are driving 3 hours to look at a vehicle they have. Thanks for nothing
BEWARE!!! The Service Department is the worst!
My elderly parents stopped here to buy a new car with cash and they were treated horribly. The sales manager was so rude them. Offered $300 for their car. Corwin Ford gave them $1,500 and treated them with the respect they deserve. I won’t ever buy from here.
DONT SHOP HERE AT PREOWNED. I’ve bought 2 cars from this place and the 2nd vehicle they sold to me was in an accident which wasn’t reported. Nor was I aware of the damage which is also illegal. I bought the vehicle with the issues which I notified them the day I left with it and they had someone come out to get it. (I live 3 hours away) I asked them to fix the issue because it was a Mazda CX-5 2020. They took it in “fixed it” and I went to pick it up which it was still not fixed. Fire Angel Ward for not doing his job. He is happy to email several spam emails but will NOT return an e mail with an offer in it. He also doesn't care about poor reviews because after warning him about sending out SPAM without doing his job he ignored me and kept sending. One would think he wants to sell a car to make money but instead he just wants to annoy others.

The service department held me hostage for over an hour while they looked for keys — made me miss my appointment with the doctor. It began when I dropped my Santa Fe off a couple of days prior on a Saturday morning to have some problems diagnosed. The service advisor put me in a loaner car and later called to tell me what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost to repair it. I negotiated a great deal for a car online. Their staff was wonderful for the entire negotiation. We set a date and drove to Missouri. Upon arrival we delt with wonderful staff. The sales guy Tom Shedrick was really amazing. We were surprised to discover when signing papers that the car had been in an accident. The dealer had the car fax on that incident but didn't feel it was necessary to mention the accident while negotiating. This felt dishonest.
