Back in August, my son purchased a car from your dealership, and Austin was the salesman. He did an excellent job, staying two hours past his shift to help us finalize the paperwork so we could take the car home that night. A few days later, I received a call from Connie informing me there was a mistake on the title, and we needed to bring it back for correction. Spent the whole day trying to figure out my car situation. The title had mistakes and I had to go back and forth from 2 different DMVs with long wait lines just to go back to the dealership. I live 1 and a half hours away and faced so much disrespect. My title would have to be sent back and will not be received back to me until 4-5 weeks. This place could have potential if the staff here took etiquette classes on how to talk to their customers. I am not affiliated with this dealership, but my boyfriend went through so much with them today. He LIVES an HOUR and a HALF away. RecommendedI purchased a vehicle from them and they have been awful to work with. No customer service. Their people lie to you and make promises they do not keep. They have the bait and switch down pat. They sent me coupons to use and only made them good for 1 week. I work w jobs and cannot get of work whenever. Ripped off by Service Department. They told me that I needed new brakes, battery & tires. Once I took my vehicle to my TRUSTED mechanic, he informed me that none of that was true. Never ever bring your vehicle to be serviced here. They will lie time and time again straight to your face. Absolutely disgusting.
