I came in early, hoping the part for my car would be delivered. I was done two hours before they thought they'd get my car done. I know that won't be the normal for most people, but I was very thankful they could get me in promptly for the diagnostic and in a few days later when my new backup camera was delivered.

We took my car for a couple of issues and they were able to get us a loaner for the day because they had to have ours for 3-4 hours. It was VERY APPRECIATED! Jordan is an EXCELLENT service provider and is always very friendly and knowledgeable. She gets things done!!

They told us how long the service was to take and kept us informed. The waiting room was clean and refreshments were available for us. The agent was able to get my part from the parts department and install it in the check-in area without the need to take it to a service bay. That made this trip very quick and easy. The last time I was there, this part was not available and was not ordered. I spoke with the parts department later and got it ordered.
