Friendly and professional attendant. Waiting room was nice, clean with amenities.
Great service and attention to detail by service advisor Casey Kelley.
Liked: Communication with service in person and thru texts was excellent, recommended alterations and asked for approval. Liked shuttle service, very friendly and knows area very well. Dislike: I will pick nits here as my experience with this service was excellent: waiting room is not the best nor is what is available to drink or snack on while waiting. This Reliable dealership is, I assume, associated with Reliable Toyota - they set the standard and have top customer waiting area I have experienced in Springfield.

They always seem to take care of me. Friendly and they listen to what I have to say. Great place.
Inspection prior to warranty expiration.
They got the parts in and completed the work before the commit time. Although I received an email the next day saying that I have to bring my car back in to have my tires serviced, rotation, which was supposed to have been done the week before when I had it in for an oil change.
