Excellent service. Great communication regarding vehicle and the expected wait time. Knowledgable mechanic with video sent to email of overview and recommendations. LOVE the concierge service to provide local transportation while vehicle is in service. Reliable Subaru has been consistent and that brings me back.

Friendly no pressure service
We found a new RV on the lot that my wife and I liked. We wanted to pay cash, but were convinced that it would help the dealership if we financed, at least for a couple of months. That couple of months of financing cost us over $1200 in interest. The associates were friendly, of course, but the buyer should not be penalized on the price of a vehicle because they want to pay cash.
I totally my car in an accident and was able to get a car through Reliable same day I went in. Thank you for relieving stress for me and my family! You guys are easy to work with! I'm super happy with our new vehicle!
I was very appreciative of having a shuttle driver so that I was not stuck in the waiting room for the six hour repair my vehicle had. Darrin was an awesome driver and I am glad I got to meet him! I also had a great experience with my Subaru representative who took care of the paperwork. I was nervous about the issue I had with my vehicle and the cost, but thankfully everything was covered under the extended warranty on the vehicle.
