My technician, Dustyn Gray was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house as my service would take 3 hrs. He was very thorough on his explanations of the services performed and future service recommendations. I appreciated him finding me the best discount for the services I had performed. There had been a longer delay than normal for my return shuttle. Dustyn graciously gave me a free oil change to make up for the delay. Dustyn is a credit to your service department.

They always seem to want to do more then requested for which is not needed on the car. I had new tires put on elsewhere and they wanted to balance my tires without rotating them. I alsoput K and N filters in the car and they requested to change them. Technicians need to pay attention to the requests of the customer. The service since I bought the car has been at best subpar.
