took way too long over two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Since this was my first service it was free and I was going to pay for tire rotation but after my complaining about how long it was taking they gave me the tire rotation free as well. I would not have had this done here if it wasn't for it being free since we live 2 hours from Springfield.
