The young fellow who assisted me was polite, friendly and efficient. However during the service the computer screens were changed and I had to go in and get a tech to help me. I'm a senior citizen, computer challenged!

Our service representative was very friendly and upbeat. She informed us that our three year 36,000 mile service warranty had expired even though it had not been a full three years nor were we close to 36,000 miles on our vehicle. When I questioned her about this, she found that we had not used our first service and was able to give us the majority of the service for free.
