Once I arrived the service was quick and efficient. There is a comfortable place to wait for car service, along with snacks! My only suggestion is for the person that answers the phone. During 2 different calls I made to this business she said both times that she didnt know the answer to my questions. OK! That is understandable however she didnt seem interested in getting an answer for me. She stated, "I am only the person answering the phone (paraphrase)." Friendly people, quality service and when it came to dealing with the warranty, they took care of every detail.
All of the service people (front-desk included) were very courteous. Service on the car was done very well and they checked for any maintenance problems -- so, well done by the technicians! The time allotted for the oil change was somewhat longer than I expected -- 1. 5 hours -- probably caused by too many appointments that day. Overall, I was very pleased with Reliable Subaru & appreciate their service!
They were super nice and did a great job.

I like that they Always work me into their schedule on the weekends. Worth the drive Every time. And they have snacks and water in the lobby while you wait.
