Great service as usual. Not a very long wait time for everything I had to get done.
They did a great job on my recent car repair! They also washed it before pick up and called a few days after repair to make sure it was driving ok!

Liked: Communication with service in person and thru texts was excellent, recommended alterations and asked for approval. Liked shuttle service, very friendly and knows area very well. Dislike: I will pick nits here as my experience with this service was excellent: waiting room is not the best nor is what is available to drink or snack on while waiting. This Reliable dealership is, I assume, associated with Reliable Toyota - they set the standard and have top customer waiting area I have experienced in Springfield.
