10 hours and 15 min. I can say with 100 percent that I would never ever recommend Reliable Nissan and I am not sure if I will ever use your services again. I booked an oil change and tire rotation at 7:30am. When my husband dropped off the car, a technician told him that there were 4 people ahead of him. Given that you took apt at 7am and in 15 min. We signed for a vehicle and was given an appointment date to purchase. On day of, vehicle was sold from under us and was given excuses as to why it was sold. We did not go back since or replied.

This place is good in their service area. They just needed to get it together. They have too many chiefs and not enough Indians. You can’t find one person or look for one person because all the risk can’t help you. It’s very stressful and confusing. I know everybody cares, but there should be one cashier. It takes care of the money and one person that takes care of who’s going in and who’s going out there’s too many people taking care of things and no one knows how to find what you need. It just needs better organization.
