Got diagnosed that transfer case was bad. Paid $6300 to replace and still making same noise. Then they wanted me to pay again to redo diagnostic took to another mechanic and they said it's the transfer case that you just replaced!

I went with the intention to see vehicles and compare prices , but I fhinish buying one just for the pressure that the dealer made on me. I was not 100% sure, but they pressured so much.

Adrian was very nice but the whole interaction appeared very transactional after the fact. There was no follow up. Expected at additional information within a week after purchase which was never received. . Didn’t feel good about the purchase after the fact. We are a 5 vehicle household and will be purchasing vehicles elsewhere in the future.

Even with an appointment I waited well over 3 hours for a simple brake job. I was charged $495 for rear brakes. That's highway robbery!

They installed different tires than quoted without informing me suggesting this happens often so I will never use Reliable Nissan again

Yo-yo financing. Had me travel back and forth multiple times ( I live about 100 miles from location). Due to clerical error on their end I was later denied on the vehicle I wanted. I spent $2,800 two months ago. New spark plugs, serpentine belt, oil change, front and back brake jobs. I had a check engine light on when I brought it in, no check engine light when I picked it up. Check engine light came back on 2 weeks ago and the car didn’t pass a state emissions test. I brought it back to your shop and was told I needed an engine. I've taken my car here to get fixed multiple times & if I could give them 0 stars I would. Two weeks ago I got my car towed because my engine was smoking and my air conditioning wasn't blowing out cold air. I called them to let them know what was happening and they kept interrupting me when I was trying to what's going on with my car. They were just saying yeah yeah no worries we'll get it fixed. $1700 later they replaced the belt, belt pulley, alternator and battery which they claimed that those were all the reasons why my ... read more
