My Truck still smell bad like cigarettes my breaks are squeaking and I keep hearing a banging noise. I would never expect that from reliable Nissan this is my second vehicle I've purchased and not happy at all. Ameyea and Daniel are very nice nothing to do with them it's my crappy truck that can't get serviced that I purchased the full package was told from Sammy my truck could not get sevied till paperwork is complete!! 🫤

Not sure about the dealership as a whole but the service department, “under new management”, was the worst experience I have had with this dealership. There was zero communication regarding price of parts, timeframe, updates and keeping my vehicle without permission for 3 days. I called repeatedly and left messages with other service advisors who said that Nick, my service advisor, would call me. He never did. Salesman was absolutely great. However the vehicle has been nothing but problematic. The transmission has had several occasions of failure to shift gears causing it to redline to dangerously high levels. They keep returning my brand new truck with damage that I need to keep returning for them to "take care" of. And my original problem, which is the ac on a 2025 vehicle I bought 1 month ago, is still not resolved. Not even Manny the manager had returned any of my calls or responded to my email. Beyond disappointed.
I had a great experience with Bryce. The finance department was predatory in their strategies of trying to sell me a warranty. One of the finance managers said, “I can’t guarantee the car you’re purchasing won’t need a new engine or transmission.” He was so desperate to sell me a warranty that he started bashing his own product.
