Went in for warranty work to change out rear side plastics on tail gate guess they were changed looks the same still fell loose to me

Terrible service. I took my vehicle 4 times in 2 weeks to get serviced for the exact same problem - it wouldn’t start. They had my vehicle almost a total of 3 weeks. They didn’t even want to give me a loaner vehicle. The second time my vehicle was returned to me my coolant cap was missing. The third time I took my vehicle I was told that they did not have time to check my battery. They kept pushing unnecessary services, when my main concern was just getting my car to start.

Management was supposed to call and they never did. Very unhappy with Nissan and how they treat there customers unless they are purchasing a service or car.

Buying my truck was a nightmare of pressure tactics and hidden charges. I made the appt for first service at purchase. I live 100 miles from dealership. I went downv for the weekend and discovered they had moved my service appt out two days, to wednesday from monday. They were closed for the weekend by the time i got the email. I told them to stuff it and showed up on Ttime monday morning and they took me in, everything was ok after that except i spent the weekend fuming about the email. Employees very disrespectful employees were short staffed, employees tired, and frustrated. My appointment was at 1 didn’t go in till 130

It is noce but the service took so long almost 3 days after I have been told that the part is there from day one. The Daylon was very nice though

Our salesman, Abdul, was very helpful and informative. The dealership was very loud and noisy. The music was too high, creating an unpleasant environment.

Dangerous work performed on my car twice one the brake caliper was left. Loose came off could’ve killed the family second they failed to find an issue where I hit a hitch that was on the road. They said they had fixed the problem. They never even found the problem sent my wife for the car put her in grave danger again
