Took car in for a couple of recalls. Those were fixed no problem but I did mention that the low windshield wiper fluid warning stays on no matter what. I was told they couldn't find the issue and there was nothing to fix and that the light didn't come on. As soon as I got in the car to take it home the light was immediately on. What horrible service, you didn't even vacuum or wash the car. I didn't take it back because why?

David was extremely rude and condescending, and he was not helpful during either drop-off or pickup. When I asked what was found during the brake inspection, he replied, “Someone is slamming on the brake,” without offering any real explanation or assistance. We had just changed the brakes in February, and one side of the rotor was completely gone while the other side was fine, yet he showed no concern and offered no guidance. Been at the shop 4 of the 7 weeks I’ve had the truck they sold me, absolutely horrible experience here

They had my car all day. Oil change, brakes, Zack tech, tire rotation, etc. when I was driving it home it shook like I had a flat tire. I couldn't take it back the next day because I needed the car! I took it in on Wednesday and fixed the problem. They hadn't balanced the tires. It was an inconvenience for me to have to take the car back a second time.

The people were very nice. Although I was leaving on a trip and asked if they put windshield fluid. They said yes, but on the trip it was still empty.

The service manager helped to bring the cost down after a very costly repair of the transmission.And then going in yet, again for now, the alternator. He was nice enough to give me a loner. The only problem is, the tech did not Put on the skid plate correctly and it is dragging.

FRIENDIY IT SHOULDNT TAKE MORE THAN 5 HOURS TO BUY A CAR SNACKS AND DRINKS SHOULD BE PROVIDED.
