Huge waste of my time spent on this dealership! ! Spent a week talking with a dealer about a car. Let him know we were serious, even offered to put a deposit down to secure it. We even had an approval with our bank, and even filled out their credit app he sent me to see if they could get us a better deal! Basically we could have had all paperwork ready to go with just the signatures needed. We live over 4 hours away, so we planned on heading up that weekend. Worst buying experience ever! We have purchased 3 new vehicles in the past 5 years. This was the absolute worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. The salesperson broke his word two times and the finance guy would not take NO for an answer. He kept trying to down-sell the warranty after we made it clear we did not want it. My wife and I wanted to sign the paperwork and leave and he kept just saying, "well let me show you one more thing".
