It was a pleasure having Brad McBurney in the office. He was everything that you need as a partner to your practice. He was punctual, always smiling and very patient. He completed his chore and trained the whole staff, several times ;) , in using the new software. Brad is welcome in our practice anytime!
We were having some issues since install and the company had no problem sending down personnel to help, which is a huge relief. Devin and Tracy went above and beyond to help try to fix where we were at with our images and machine. Amazing support from Jajuanna. Great installation from Dustin and Chris. Had some problems during the first day of installation, but Dustin stayed from 9am to 11pm to fix the problem. Really appreciate that, Dustin. He came back with parts the next day and got things fixed. Overall, great service, great people. Thank you

We had a great experience from start to finish with Renew Digital. Jajuanna helped to coordinate all the front end work and communicated with the state to get us prepared and ready for install. Devin was kind professional and informative in training. We not only learned and felt comfortable with our new panoramic/ceph machine but also learned tips and tricks to improve our images in a previous office as well!
