Amazing experience from start to finish. We had an issue with our initial setup for our start-up and Renew came to our rescue. From the initial phone call we knew we were in good hands. We were having some issues since install and the company had no problem sending down personnel to help, which is a huge relief. Devin and Tracy went above and beyond to help try to fix where we were at with our images and machine. Devin was extremely thorough when training all of our staff, going step-by-step at an easy-to-follow pace. He was always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had come up as well. Amazing support from Jajuanna. Great installation from Dustin and Chris. Had some problems during the first day of installation, but Dustin stayed from 9am to 11pm to fix the problem. Really appreciate that, Dustin. He came back with parts the next day and got things fixed. Overall, great service, great people. Thank you
