I got a new kitten and wanted to take him to get shots so our other cat wouldn't get sick, it was sort of a holiday and the vet we normally go to was closed so I went to this place down the road. After all the additional, costly and painful bloodworkup and medications they had me gave my sick/dying 8 week old pup, I think they caused more problems than helped. She really suffered and they truly were not the experienced clinic with such a case. Looking back now, she had a highly contageous disease, should've been quaranteened and put to sleep immediately. Called to get initial info on spaying my dog. Wow, I haven't experienced such poor customer service in a LONG time. Employee named Whitney was NOT engaged, gave offhanded, one word answers to each of my questions, then proceeded to be snotty when questioned about pricing, replying, "well, that's what the computer says". If the're not professional enough to manage a customer phone call I would never think about bringing my business there. There are too many other options out there.
This is the WORST vet clinic i have ever been in. After spending 1.5hrs in the office my dog is now at his normal clinic having minor surgery to correct the problem which should have been taken care of when he was in the Value Pet Office. The doctor on duty never once introduced herself, never showed compassion for my dog nor came in to tell me what her Anal Gland Expression did.
