This was my first visit to Value Pet Clinic and I will say the staff was friendly and they really took good care of my dog.
The entire staff here is great! They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and economical. I definitely recommend Value Pet Clinic to anyone in the Renton area.
Value Pet Clinic is invaluable to me and my elderly cat. The current chaos has caused the clinic to set up new protocols that are easy to work with, and the staff really has the process down. While I couldn't be inside with my kitty, I knew he was in good hands. He's good, shots current, ears cleaned, claws trimmed- the staff is so good with him. I would recommend that they hire one more person- solely responsible for phones & scheduling- as it is needed.
Shout out to this clinic for seeing my cat on short notice for a suspected UTI. I usually go to the Bellevue location who told me they had no appointments available for 5 days. They suggested I take my cat to an emergency hospital!! This clinic was accommodating, professional and kind. They will get my business from now on.
They're so busy and working their asses off. Thank you for taking care of our two kitties chloe and Lucy and our husky fenris. Good prices, great attention to detail and honest opinions on what is necessary vs optional money wise to fit any budget for the best care plan of your pet. Thank you VPC! Value Pet is pretty terrific. They're pretty economical. Vets are never cheap. It's not a cheap thing. You aren't taking your cat to the vet for $50, it just doesn't happen. About this place: The staff here is kind and sympathetic, the drop in system is slower than a regular vet with appointments but you're saving some money. I'd estimate you save 40-50% over a regular vet. They're very good about providing quotes, letting you decide what you can afford, and adjusting to help. I had been taking my cat, Gigi, here for a few years, always exceptional service. Last week, after being sick for awhile, I took Gigi in and they got her in immediately. After running tests and realizing that there wasn't much to be done, the Vet (I do not remember her name) came to me and we discussed all the available options. I decided it was time to end her life and the vet couldn't of been more professional and caring. It really made an extremely tough decision easier. Take my animals here when I absolutely have to only. Price is fairly good compared to other places, and I love the fact that I am not pressured to give my animals vaccines that they do not need. Also no pressure about teeth cleaning. Only 5 stars due to experience with one veterinarian specifically. This vet did not meet my standards, which are higher than most people's due to the fact that I work in healthcare. Ok

These folks are awesome. Period. I have had many great experiences with them, but they really knocked the ball out of the park today. My pomeranian was attacked by several coyotes in our backyard. I startled them, and they dropped him, but he was in really bad shape. I called ahead to see if I should head over or go straight to a "emergency clinic", and was told to come on in.
