These folks are awesome. Period. I have had many great experiences with them, but they really knocked the ball out of the park today. My pomeranian was attacked by several coyotes in our backyard. I startled them, and they dropped him, but he was in really bad shape. I called ahead to see if I should head over or go straight to a "emergency clinic", and was told to come on in. I took our 12 year old Shitzu/Poodle mix, Frankie, there to get a tumor on his lip removed as well as a dental cleaning. Dr. Blackburn was our surgeon and vet. She was excellent in explaining everything before and after the surgery. I had several questions the week following the surgery about the results of his bloodwork and the medications that were prescribed. She answered all my emails and was helpful, caring and professional. I would highly recommend her and Value Pet Clinic based on my experience.

I have been taking my pets to Renton Value Pet Clinic for years. I have gone to other Vets. Value Pet Clinic in Renton where the ones that always treat my babies as if they where there own. They are also very professional, loving, caring and friendly toward you and your babies. I am a person that is very protective of my babies. So when my babies are in for a procedure. I have had nothing but a great experience every time I come here. My dog naturally is terrified about coming to the vet but the staff was great and super sweet to my dog. My dog had to have a minor procedure done and I was stressed about being late to work. I couldn't get help from my family/roommates due to them all being at work but the staff was understanding and helped my dog Rolo get in and out with the quality care that he needed. No appointment necessary and the prices are affordable. The staff is very friendly and they know how to work with my dog, who gets aggressive when we get there. The wait time was about 20 minutes. Thank you for your amazing service.

Value Pet Clinic has provided excellent care over the years for our dog, Thomas. The staff is respectful and provides exceptional service. Wait times are reasonable, costs are very affordable. Yesterday, we were faced with the difficult decision to say "goodbye" to our dog. The thoughtful, sensitive care provided to us was exceptional as our dog peacefully passed away.

Value Pet Clinic has friendly staff and Doctors. They are knowledgeable in their jobs and obviously care about the animals they see. The prices are very reasonable, especially compared to other Vets. My senior dog, Trigger, began having grand mail seizures one night and we were terrified. We had no idea what was happening. We brought him into Value Pet Clinic first thing in the morning (he had been there before for check-ups and shots) and they got him in right away. Our cat was spayed yesterday. The staff who answered the phone before the surgery was very professional and thorough. They called after the surgery was done and the staff there again was very kind. They weren't pushing you to buy this or get that. You don't feel like you got ripped off by a dishonest place. The entire experience was extremely positive- and we have had experience with other pet cares in comparison. We will bring our other cats here to be seen.

Yes, bringing your beloved animal to the vet can be costly but knowing they are in good hands brings a peace of mind. Also, did you know if you have the "Passport Unlimited" card you save 15% on services and medication every time!! Dr. Sarah Hendershot is amazing!!! I can not say enough about how wonderful she is and the fabulous work she did with our dog. The staff was kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
