Had an apt at the RENTON location. Waited 1.5 hours. My dog and I were mistreated, traumatized, insulted, given cruel treatment. Stressed out environment, irate employees, unprofessional, scary. will NEVER go back. Felt sorry for the one nice guy that works there, he did nothing wrong.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. they mess up your appt times. than they make you wait almost 2 hours each time to be seen. once we were seen the doctor didnt even know how to write a RX for my dog who has seizures. we had to ask her 4 times to write it out, shes all over the place. we took him in bc he had sores on his face the doctor didnt even look at his face... just said here's flea meds and antibiotics. she didnt seem to give a crap about him. BC she wrote his RX wrong we could not get his meds filled... he cant miss a day o... read more
Worst clinic I ever been to in my life. Horrible customer service, misdiagnosed my dog two times charging me for medicine I didn't need and wouldn't let me return it. Appointment times are BS, you'll be waiting a hour+ pass your appointment time just to be seen. I do not recommend this clinic anywhere else is better then this place.
This place is such a mixed bag. Sometimes service is great, and their prices are reasonable. Other times you're stuck waiting for 30+ minutes even though you have an appointment. They don't appear to have any system, or care to, call patients if they have emergencies that would shift appointment times. They just expect you to show up and wait...and wait...they really need to figure out a better way to deal with what happens to scheduled appointments when an emergency happens.
Today is the 4 time I bring in my dog Chico who has serious issues with his right paw. Every time we bring him in it's always hundreds and hundreds of dollars and this time it's no different. The tech said it will be about 500 dollars to take X-rays of his leg and I said yes but if Chico comes back with the same issue, then the clinic leaves me no other option but to put him down since we live on a fixed income and these doctors don't care since they pull the sympathy strings. I should have looked at all the negative reviews prior to making an appointment for my dog to have a wellness check up today. I arrived on time at 1230, was told to call them when I arrived in the parking lot. They said they will call me in a few minutes. After waiting in the parking lot for 35min, I called them. I was told they called and left me a message, I told them I didn't receive any call. Then, they said they may call a wrong number, and will contact me soon. Absolutely terrible wait times! Avoid this place at all costs, staff doesn't care at all!!
I brought my cat here based on the many 4-5 star Google reviews... This review is based on my experience bringing my pet here for treatment a number of times over the period of a few months with mixed-results, some good, some not so good. He eventually died. I feel this facility is okay for the occasional visit or two, but not a good place to bring your pet for serious illnesses. In my experience, I think the vets could have been more detailed in diagnosis and explanation to me, possibly selected better treatment at times.... read more
Scheduled a 3:45 appointment today for my dog to receive a booster shot for distemper with a technician. Arrived 20 min early, called to let them know I was in the parking lot...was placed on hold for 15 minutes, came on the line finally and told them I was holding in the parking lot for a booster shot.
