This place is amazing. I've been going to them for over 7 years. I've had my dog neutered, all my cats "fixed", as well as surgeries and check ups of other reasons. Most recently a vet there knew that my mother couldn't afford a particular surgery for her cat that was super serious and did it for free. This was extremely surprising because she had expected the bill to be a huge amount. But after receiving the bill for everything, all that she was charged for was the check up and some medication. So far so good... My Natashya is very sick. I was seen yesterday and the staff was very caring and seem competent. I have to be gone all day today, and Tash is much worse... and the test results are not back in, so I am bringing her back today for observation and when the results DO come in, she will be there to recieve her medications. The pelimenaries came in around 6:30 last night: she possibly has feline pancreatitis. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they handled our pet with great care. There was a long wait to see the doctor, but what else can you expect from a walk-in only clinic? The receptionist staff was efficient and incredibly friendly. The vet herself was informative and caring (she seemed a bit rushed, but the clinic was incredibly busy). And the prices were great! We'll be back for sure!
Amazing place! Thanks to a friend I took my Doxy in to this new place to see about his teeth. I knew quite some time ago he would need some pulled but was afraid of complications (he is 13) and the cost was a bit over the top from two other clinics that had given me an estimate. Took my dog here cause he accidentally scratched his eye and it started looking nasty! Luckily everything turned out okay and it wasn't too serious. Service and vets where very nice!
I found out about value per clinic on yelp, after looking for a cheap rabies vaccine.( petsmart wouldn't cut my dogs nails with out a currant rabies vaccine, ban field said it was expired but it wasn't). The office was easy to find it, upon entering I noticed they were very busy for being so close to close on a Sunday, the lady at the desk was very polite and thorough checking in my and my dog, and explained the wait would be about an hour and a half, I didn't mind waiting because I knew they were probably packed all day. ... read more
Sunday morning Nugget, a sweet rescue terrier has a detached nail/claw and is hurting badly. Found Value Pet Clinic via Google Places search and gave a call. Very friendly and welcoming response. Quick trip with Nugget to East Hill Renton and we got right in around 11 am. Easy first time patient setup, friendly staff, EXCELLENT care. Nuggie say Woof, WooF! Thanks for helping here walk again
My visit today was Excellent !!! It was my first time at this clinic and my dog was there for a dental cleaning . No waiting , price was great and staff was very caring and supportive . My regular vet quoted me a price that was double , and probably wouldn't even have done as good a job as Value Pet Clinic in Renton did . Thank you , we will definitely be repeat customers . I've been coming here for seven years and my family has been taking our family pets here for longer and I have always had an amazing experience. I am always amazed at how gentle and caring the tech and vets are. They don't add on a bunch of unnecessary charges like other vets and the price always surprises me at how low it is. I've traveled to come back to this vet. They truly love animals. It's nice to feel confident in a vet with your furry child.
