This company is completely incompetent
The app is glitchy and they charge you a dollar for using it. This is ridiculous on top of the rent you have to pay. My rent got increased for a ridiculous amount this month and I have to be charged a dollar on top of it? Zillow never did this. I wish I wasn't forced to use this app by the property management, but I have no choice until I move.
The app has too many technical issues, and it throws you out of the system as if your not a tenant.
I keep getting update app but isn't an update not sure what's going on this is the fist time using this app

These people should be sued. No option to password protect payment or even the app at all. Zero security. It has a pop-up ad for their insurance every single time that has a "never show again" option, and it shows every time anyway for a year. The scummiest app in existence. The support responses here are disgusting, too. Just because you have Plaid doesn't mean your app is secure or good lmao. It literally just means they process the payment. The worst in every regard.
