Excellent customer support. I found the application process to be lacking in the area of employment it merely asks if you are employed or not, without other options to explain your income such as retirement or disability insurance, Which has the possibility of a negative impact to the approval of the application. In the documentation area where it tells you what documentation you will need it doesn't actually tell you, you have to press the plus sign in the upper right hand corner to see them

get gives me error every time I'm doing something on the app
horrible, they charge you an additional $48 to pay your rent. You can't speak with anyone directly it is all through chat and if you have a question pr need help , they dont help. They will constantly send you instructions which you/I followed and still having issues and they will just send the same instructions 🙄

Super buggy waste of time for tenants and support and live chats NEVER work development just lies like every other company does. I would rate zero stars but unfortunately it's not an option
