This is one of the worst apps I've used. It is very slow and requires 2-3 restarts before it will even log me in. Once in, some features overlap each other like opening the chat window and sending the chat so you end up closing the chat instead of sending your message Or the text you are typing is below the keyboard so you have to hope you spelled everything right, then hide your keyboard to check. I am using the most up-to-date version of the app on a 3-month Old Z-flip 7.

This app protects lessor over tenants. Its up to the landlord to share documents and if your lessor sells the property, they will remove all records of your rental history with them. Unless this app starts to store files for access at a later date for tenants, I wouldn't use it.
