Renters Beware: When a landlord unlinks you from a property in RentRedi, you lose access to your payment history in the app. This is because payment history is only visible to tenants who are still connected to a property. Once you are unlinked or moved to "prior tenant" status, your payment records are no longer accessible through your account. This can be frustrating if you need proof of payment after moving. You need to contact the landlord. There are increased fees when making payments.

Unlinked tenants can access their payment history in RentRedi. Your bank statements will also show your full payment history, as every transaction is documented. Everything about this service, from concept to execution, is bad. The web interface lacks the most essential functions, forcing you to download their garbage app. Instead of e-sign, or even just print and sign, they require you to take a selfie with an ID in it. I don't know if the designers are stupid or malicious, either way, the end result is to make the process of renting a place even more stressful.

absolutely the worst app ever. slow to download and customer service sub par. In my opinion, look for an app like this.

I love renting from Evet, my private landlord! He stays right on top of everything. As far as RentRedi goes, it has never worked correctly OR timely!!! Not personable or helpful. I miss our old mngmnt co.

they will wake you at 4:00working for the landlord but not performing the responsibilities of the landlord period for instance I paid rent through PayPal for a while but the rent really doesn't show it. that's something the landlord needs to do is what I get from rent ready. Bottom line I don't trust enough. I gave them another star getting more comfortable with them
