Dishonest landlord not returning my security deposit. app does not provide any kind of recourse. She should be kicked off this ap.

Another annoying long process app that takes forever to get done. It would be quicker just to go up to the landlord and give them the info.

No One Time payment option even with Auto Pay disabled. Only allowed to do Auto Pay and when Auto Pay is enabled it doesn't function correctly.

they removed the ability to receive notifications when a payment is late. it seems like a very critical function. when I asked if they would be restoring it, they said no. terrible customer service.

I like how easy it is to pay rent. Don't like it cost me a extra $18 dollars to pay my rent in the app. I mean $18 extra dollars from every person that gets there money from SSI. Because they don't have a bank account really sucks, but I guess that how it is when you're poor.

Hi Larry, the additional fee is industry standard for card payments through U.S. payment processors. Those funds do not go to RentRedi. The Social Security Administration does allow for direct deposit of SSI payments, and that would allow you to use the ACH payments for $1.
