The app thinks I'm a landlord and keeps trying to get me to sign up for it's service, to the point of excluding me from using the normal renter's features of the app. Replying to the developer below, I cannot simply login, because it takes me to the landlord sign up screen and has no option to change it. I attempted to get help from your service department multiple times and no working solution was provided other than using the website on my laptop.

Tenant here. App is extremely buggy. The "add bank account" function just loads and loads and loads with no sign of being able to enter account information. Along with this, it was very difficult to apply to the house in the first place. The "flow" of entering information seemed disconnected. The whole process from application to paying rent has had nothing but bugs and confusing in-app redirection.

"Captcha" denied me but never popped up during account creation. I had to give all photo permissions but this app still insists it requires further storage permissions. I can't show customer support a screenshot despite my app settings denying none of the permissions (against my better judgement). Why, on this rent payment app, is the beginning year 2500? There is also a typo on the "Edit Autopay" page where the "of" repeats. Hardly inspiring confidence.
Creating an account is buggy and slow. Searching by apt code is almost impossible. App freezes, gets stuck with the simplest of steps. Definitely needs work.
Fairy annoying to fill out on my phone.
