using this is a dumb thing who ever thought of is a stupid idiot they can loses your money and it's stupid they charge you just to pay your rent that is the most stupid thing ever

For a basic app, it doesn't do the basics well: There is a persistent upsell popup that asks you if you want to complete it now, later or never. I have always chosen the Never option but it ALWAYS reappears. Autopay didn't work but it didn't send an immediate message , just one that said it was "late" when it wasn't late.

cannot add bank account to avoid the outrageous fees. maintenance report also doesn't work.

Terrible. Never worked for maintenance requests. Now I've moved and uninstalled this app and it keeps telling me my rent is late with spam emails everyday. Will not let me stop the emails. Do not install!

The app doesn't function and neither does the mobile browser. It's a glorified customer service chat app, as that's the only feature that seems to work. Although it won't allow photos even with permissions enabled

Horrible app, I have allowed all permissions, and I still cannot add photos to a chat. It keeps saying I need to allow access, which I already have. Have Uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache and the problem continues. This app is absolute garbage!
