Please allow your app to run on non-stock android OS. I run GrapheneOS which passes the basic integrity tests for google play store. I cannot use your app if I am using GrapheneOS, a very security conscious operating system for mobile android devices.

app is useless for maintenance requests. all it does is load and never goes any further. which is the sole reason I even have this app as its the only way my slumlord will take maintenance requests.

tells you your rent is late even when you pay. I reached out to their customer service and talked to 3 different representatives it is a bug where I get notifications when other Tennants haven't paid rent and they are unable to do anything about it.

why is this app not password protected and requires no authentication to withdraw money from your Bank? this is disgusting. In response to reply: Compliant does not mean safe or intuitive. What a disgusting response. The bare minimum, obviously, is not good enough.

high DO NOT recommend. I had to download and use for a rental that wound up not meeting my needs. I have contacted them about unlinking my checking account and was told that it would be automatic when the LL unlinked but it's not. This app continues to try and log into my online checking account despite that I deleted my account. Thankful I followed my gut and changed pw info.
