The app harasses you to sign up for payment reporting and renters insurance every time you open the app.

Can't figure how to pay

Hi there! You can pay rent using the following steps: 1. After you create an account, in the RentRedi app, tap "Rent" 2. Select the charge you would like to pay 3. Select a payment method (Note: paying with a bank account is only $1) 4. Submit payment using your preferred payment method! Let us know using the chat button if you need more help!

Getting real tired of bills showing up and being due sporadically in just a couple days. Then charging me late fees if I'm not on time. This is a cheap criminal way to fatten their wallet!

Trash it's so difficult to setup property information and they don't have an app for landlords only tenants so you have to do all your property set up on the browser. And it always freezing and restarting property 😑 information not cool 😒. I already paid for the year and I'm regretting it already and I didn't even on board any tenants yet

This app is a scam. They charge you all these fees for you to pay your rent. If you use a credit or debit card it's 2.90% +$.30 every time you pay. If you can avoid this app like the plague.

Awful, no web portal, charges to process payments. Business model double dips and app is insecure and harvests users data.

You have the choice between paying a 3% debit/credit fee in all your rent payments, or giving Plaid your bank login/password. If I had any other choice, I wouldnt use this app.

You can directly access your bank account to pay rent, ensuring that your account information is correct and that you have sufficient funds. When you pay with ACH, the fee is only $1! The only thing that works properly is the part where your landlord can take your money. Basic functionality is missing. You can submit a repair ticket, but you can't view its status or edit the text. You can't even open it to read the text you wrote. The "Move" button is just a link to Uhaul's website. No help or tips or anything useful. If my landlord didn't specifically request we use this app, I'd be certain this was just a data harvesting scam. Knowing my landlord, it probably is.
