This app asks you to provide your bank login information to make payments, not just your routing and account numbers. This is unnecessary and doesn't seem like good practice. They also included a 2.9% fee on card payments which is insane, considering how expensive rent payments are. This predatory app is fleecing people that are already being fleeced by their landlords. After being pushed to try this by a new management company, I will be opting to send paper checks instead.
1. Lack of support for troubleshooting. My tenants have been trying to make payments through their service but no one has been able to. Tenants and I call for support and answers are always "we don't know, see if it works next month". I can't keep asking my tenants to keep "trying" every month. 2. Their 3rd party latchel contacts me to notify me they cannot find technicians and cancel work orders. Force landlords to so their job of finding techs.
I'm writing this for an older man who is having so much trouble figuring out how to create a portal to pay his rent. This is too complicated for an 80 year old man. Does anyone have a phn number to contact them so he can see what he needs to do?? He's been living in the same house for 7 yrs and the original landlord died and rentredi has taken over. He's been mailing money orders to pay it and cant contact anyone or find a number. He's sent certified letters and cant reach anyone for help.

Getting real tired of bills showing up and being due sporadically in just a couple days. Then charging me late fees if I'm not on time. This is a cheap criminal way to fatten their wallet!

Trash it's so difficult to setup property information and they don't have an app for landlords only tenants so you have to do all your property set up on the browser. And it always freezing and restarting property 😑 information not cool 😒. I already paid for the year and I'm regretting it already and I didn't even on board any tenants yet

This app is a scam. They charge you all these fees for you to pay your rent. If you use a credit or debit card it's 2.90% +$.30 every time you pay. If you can avoid this app like the plague.
