Hard to contact and never reponnd to emails they never answered phone.
Ordered on 11/18/2021 and I was expecting the same day shipping as promised on the website. The order was not shipped until 11/29/2021 and the customer service gave a suspicious explanation. They won't ship the order until I asked for cancellation and refund. Now it is 12/8/2021 and I still haven't received my screen which is very disappointing.

Missing items from my order. I ordered a screen replacement + tool kit and did not receive the tool kit with no way of installing the case.

Ordered, received, installed to replace a cracked screen. Now I have a half- working camera and speaker. Not the first phone I've repaired, but first time ordering from this company. Should've stuck with what worked!
Ordered a iPhone glass replacement and tool kit. Item arrived within about a week. No communication on shipping or arrival date from seller. Item arrived in a plastic blister pack that had clearly been opened. No seal or or security tape. I was concerned with a couple of the ribbon connectors as they were folded and creased but did not appear broken.The packaging did say it was the same model and item number I ordered. I had to pay twice for shipping $4.49 &$2.89 not happy at all would not recommend this company
I will give this site a zero if possible. My problem seems to be a common one on here. Ordered a screen for my sons iPhone which is a monitor for his insulin pump. Paid 34. Dollars for overnight shipping. Ordered it Thursday afternoon and received it the next Tuesday. When I asked for my shipping to be refunded they basically told me that fedex doesn't run on Saturday which is a lie. Don't do business with this **** company. Very rude as well.

I wouldn't do business with these people. Their website says same day shipping. After ordering and paying they waited 4 days to ship, ignored all of my requests for information on my order and only responded after I filed a refund request with PayPal Then they lied about the shipping date and told me to, "GO COMPLAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE".
