Ordered a iPhone glass replacement and tool kit. Item arrived within about a week. No communication on shipping or arrival date from seller. Item arrived in a plastic blister pack that had clearly been opened. No seal or or security tape. I was concerned with a couple of the ribbon connectors as they were folded and creased but did not appear broken.The packaging did say it was the same model and item number I ordered. I will give this site a zero if possible. My problem seems to be a common one on here. Ordered a screen for my sons iPhone which is a monitor for his insulin pump. Paid 34. Dollars for overnight shipping. Ordered it Thursday afternoon and received it the next Tuesday. When I asked for my shipping to be refunded they basically told me that fedex doesn't run on Saturday which is a lie. Don't do business with this **** company. Very rude as well.

I wouldn't do business with these people. Their website says same day shipping. After ordering and paying they waited 4 days to ship, ignored all of my requests for information on my order and only responded after I filed a refund request with PayPal Then they lied about the shipping date and told me to, "GO COMPLAIN SOMEWHERE ELSE". I ordered an iPhone X OLED display that would not respond to touches on the very left side of the screen. I've contacted them through email, their RMA service, and their phone but I never got a response. The customer service here is nonexistent and I've waited over a week and still no response.

I've ordered multiple repair parts for phones from this company and had multiple issues with no proper resolution. First major issue, I ordered 2 new screens with a repair kit and the repair kit was missing. I had to repair the phones immediately and couldn't wait ANOTHER 4 WEEKS (which is how long I waited for the screens) to get my repair kit. I would give them zero stars if that were an option. On Oct 28th I ordered a part for a Samsung phone, for my dad. At checkout it said it would ship the same day. After not showing up in the time fame the provided, I called, I let messages, I never actually talked to a person. There were several attempts! The only think I got was a text saying it would be here the next day. It never came! It feels like a scam to me, shady for sure that you cant talk to anyone!

Phone was not charging. so ordered a charge module for my galaxy s8 plus. Payed for 2 day shipping so i could get my phone back working. Ordered on Sunday it was shipped out Monday, should have received it on Wednesday but due to Fed ex, I received it on Thursday. The part ordered was exactly what i needed and fixed the phone. Late shipping was due to Fed Ex, which I see will seek a refund for the 2 day shipping.
