Terrible company for my experience. They sent me a defective screen, although I didnt notice until installing one of the connectors was basically disintegrated so when I plugged it in, it just fell apart or broke for lack of a better word I called them to explain, and they blamed me for it refused to send me another one or even refund my money. They left me without a phone for three weeks. I simply cannot recommend a company like this that wont stand behind their product.

My experience to say the least was not great. I wanted to give my phone a new life but it came out miserably. I bought a soft **** screen along with a rear back housing for my iPhone X which I thought to be good quality but sadly it's not. I have used this company for years, always had great luck. This last screen I ordered it worked for a day then just quit working, now not only am I out of a screen but my phone. Its hard to run a business when your phone dont work.

I ordered an iPhone screen that I needed in a hurry since mine was broken. After 5 days they still hadnt shipped it and wouldnt even respond to my emails, I sent 5 emails asking about my order. So I canceled the order through PayPal which they agreed to, I got an email it was canceled, and ordered the screen somewhere else. Then 2 weeks later they charged my PayPal again and shipped me a screen I no longer needed. It's taken 2 weeks and still haven't got my parts can't get off can't get ahold of the people and they won't respond to my emails my emails do not do any business with these people at all

I received the wrong item in my order at no fault of my own. RepairPartsUSA refused to ship what I actually ordered until they're wrongly delivered product was in transit back to them. This is very poor customer service practice and makes the customer feel like their purchase is being held hostage when it wasn't even their fault to begin with. This place sucks. They took more than a week to send a iPhone 7 battery. I tried calling them multiple times and emailing them. No response. They sent me a bad screen and they didn’t respond to me at all! I filled out all their stupid warranty forms, emailed them, texted them, and called them. It took threatening them with disputing the charge for them to respond. And they won’t even pay for shipping. I will never use them again. Ordered on 11/18/2021 and I was expecting the same day shipping as promised on the website. The order was not shipped until 11/29/2021 and the customer service gave a suspicious explanation. They won't ship the order until I asked for cancellation and refund. Now it is 12/8/2021 and I still haven't received my screen which is very disappointing.
