RecommendedThis apartment complex has been very good to me. I will be going on living 3 years w my roommates in a 4x4. They front desk is so friendly and I love the activities they hold.

The Republic is amazing! Best staff and affordable housing with ALL the Amenities. Even a shuttle and it’s 10 minutes from campus so you could walk if you wanted! Definitely have loved living here and so excited to have signed another lease with them!!!
The team at The Republic has been nothing but helpful through my time staying here. Our AC went out at the beginning of our lease and they were super understanding and helped us temporarily relocate until it was fixed. awesome people!

The prices are great and the community is safe. I love the amenities that they have to offer.
Although I haven’t moved in to the Republic yet, I have attend many fun, and great social events. I also contacted the team with a concerned I had and they helped and handled the situation perfectly. I honestly can’t wait for the fall semester and everyone in the office is great!!!! Oh and a shuttle for the fall? I’m so excited!
The Republic at Sam Houston has a wonderful and friendly staff, they have one of the best dog parks in town, and living here has been the best! It’s close to campus and the facilities and living spaces are always nice and clean, and if by some chance something goes wrong, their maintenance is awesome and fast!
