The Republic is a great place to live. I️ really love the environment and atmosphere that the employee’s put out there. It’s close to campus if you don’t want to purchase a parking pass for school. And they host multiple events throughout the year where you can win cool prizes. The only problems I’ve had is that residents who have dogs don’t pick up after them so there is dog poop every where, and that people drive really fast through the parking lot. I was very pleased with the leasing process. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. They answered any questions that I had and when I had problems signing my lease online they were very happy to help me with signing a hard copy. I am very excited to live here next Fall!
I have lived at the republic for a year and a half now and have signed a lease for another year. I have had no issues while living here and any maintenance requests I submitted were taken care of very promptly. The staff has always been so helpful and friendly, and always put together fun events for the residents. I would definitely recommend the Republic to anyone looking.
Great place to live! Reasonable prices and the staff is awesome. The staff is always energetic and they all seem like they really enjoy their work. They are very willing to help tenants with any problems or concerns that may occur. Maintenance is usually prompt, and the issue is usually taken care of. Overall, the Republic is a great place to live and I will highly recommend this place to everyone! P.S. watch yourself in the parking lot! People drive really fast and DO NOT PAY ATTENTION.

I’ve lived here for over a year now and it’s been great! The staff here is so friendly and the maintenance fixes any problems super fast!
This apartment complex is pretty decent for a first apartment to live in. The apartment didn’t have any major problems moving in, and the staff is nice. If things break, maintenance usually comes fairly fast to fix it. They are very accommodating to students, and the distance to campus isn’t far at all. Overall the apartment is nice, and would recommend to take a tour!
I love this place. The employees are so nice and they alway host events that are so much fun!
This apartment is good to live at if you’re a current student at SHSU. It’s a reasonable walking distance and is pretty cheap compared to other apartments in Huntsville. There are some issues with the kitchen and living room, but if you can overlook that, then living here shouldn’t be too bad. They promote good events and give you the chance to connect with other residents.
