The community is always 10/10. The staff holds monthly events that I try my best to attend if I am not working or have school. The events I have been to are fun, creative, and overall just a good experience. Noise complaints are not really a thing for my roommates and I, maintenance always does a great job and are rather quick in responding to your request, and the apartment came in prime condition on move-in day. If anybody is looking for a place to stay starting NOW or this Spring semester (Feb 2018-July 2018), my spot in a two bedroom two bathroom apartment is available for sublease! The lease end date is July 31st unless you choose to renew the lease. The apartment will be as-is, but I will make sure it's nice and clean before you move in. Just moved in August & i have been waiting for a while to move in! Best part is having a restroom to yourself� had been living at this other apartment for nearly 4yrs and when i finally moved out then to here, it was a big difference. Monthly events, friendly staff, 24hr workout & club house, and could easily report maintenance issues in the apartment� already renewed for next year the moment the opportunity came up�
